How it works
The cycle is work, short break, work, short break, work, short break, work, then a long break, and then it repeats. The 25, 5 and 15 minute defaults and the four sessions before a long break follow Francesco Cirillo's Pomodoro Technique, described in his book The Pomodoro Technique and at pomodorotechnique.com.
- The timer runs only in this page. Reloading the page stops it and starts again from the first work session.
- Nothing is stored or sent. Your settings and times stay in this page while it is open. Nothing is saved, and nothing is sent to any server.
- No notifications are sent. When a phase ends, no sound or pop-up is shown. Watch the current phase on this page.
