What changed in v2

The previous version was too aggressive — it ate into solid text and logo areas. This version adds an edge-mask pass that identifies which pixels are actually near a transparency boundary. Only those pixels get corrected.

Edge Mask: only pixels within N px of transparency

Master Strength: scales all effects at once

Finer Steps: smaller ranges, surgical control

Opaque Protection: 255-alpha pixels always preserved

Edge Radius: 1–2 px

White Matte: 30–50%

Defringe: 10–20%

Alpha Tighten: 2–6

Edge Shrink: 0–0.3 px

Start with defaults and increase gradually. Toggle "Only process edge-masked pixels" on/off to compare — you'll see how the mask protects solid interior pixels from being darkened or shifted.
